Time and Materials Fee Schedule
Effective July 1, 2008
Hourly Rate: $65/hour
This applies to all architectural services rendered including but not limited to:
Client conferences and meetings, conceptual and schematic design, design development, presentations, construction documentation (drawings and specifications), consultation work, project administration/observation and report writing.
Travel Time Rate: $65/hour
Reimbursable Expenses to be billed at cost:
Long Distance Telephone Calls
Reproduction of Plans & Other Drawings
Computer-aided Plotting
Special Postage, Delivery or Freight Costs
Filing and Permit Fees
Film & Photography Expenses
Travel & Lodging Expenses
Meals When Out Of Town
Mileage to & from Project Site
Reimbursement for Product Samples
Photocopies
Consultant Service Fees:
If a fee is negotiated to be as Time and Materials, then any Consultants (Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.) service fees will be billed at cost plus any associated reimbursibles. |
